1.The choice of press felt varieties: 

according to the different press forms, different parts of the paper machine, different types of paper, different washing conditions and other factors, choose different varieties of paper blankets.

2. Press felt quantitative selection:

B. Determination of width: The width of the roll surface of the press roller is increased by ±5cm, and when the paper-making blanket is tensioned on the machine, its width is basically the same as the width of the press surface. For BOM paper blanket, its order width is generally consistent with the press roll surface or slightly narrower by 3~5cm, the transverse shrinkage of BOM paper blanket is very small.

4. The choice of permeability:

5. The choice of density: 

paper blanket density in the choice is usually measured by the thickness. The size of density is inversely proportional to the air permeability, and its selection principle is similar to the air permeability.
